Helpful planning Tips: Expected Drinks per Guest
Drink Consumption Estimates: Frozen cocktails are always a hit, but planning ahead helps! Here's a rough guide based on typical events we serve (these are averages—actuals vary by crowd, time of day, and vibe).
-
Corporate afternoon events (e.g., company picnics, team-building, meetings): Usually lighter drinking. Expect about 2–3 drinks per person over 3 hours. Guests often pace themselves during the workday.
-
Evening private parties (e.g., weddings, birthday celebrations, reunions): More festive! Plan for 3–5 drinks per person over 3 hours, with higher in the first couple hours (cocktail hour/dancing vibes). Weddings and lively evenings can lean toward the upper end.
These are drinking-age adults only—non-drinkers balance things out. Multiply by your guest count for a ballpark estimate (e.g., 100 guests at an evening wedding ≈ 300–500 drinks). Our $1,250 minimum covers lighter events, and most full guest lists exceed it comfortably. We're happy to chat specifics and tweak based on your group!
